Born in Gary, Indiana. Greg attended Bishop Noll Institute in Hammond, Indiana, where he graduated in 2005. While in high school Greg earned all area, all conference and other awards. Bob Gibbons who edit and publishes the All-Star Sports Report ranked Greg as one of the best point guards in the Midwest. Greg has helped develop basketball throughout the continent of Africa. He has worked in player development with AAU programs, high schools, colleges and professional athletes. In 2014 Greg helped Ehab Amin become the first player Northern Africa/Middle East born to participate in Nike Global Challenge. In 2015 Greg helped Karim Sameh Azab become the first Northern Africa/Middle East born to play on Nike’s prestigious EYBL circuit with CP3 All Stars. Greg also serves as an advisor to AAU programs and international basketball federations. Greg founded G2 Hoops, LLC, a sports marketing and event management company providing a platform for athletes through skill development and events in basketball. G2 Hoops, also provides consultation and advisory services. In 2010 Greg graduated from Purdue University Calumet. He currently resides in Northwest Indiana

G2 Hoops, LLC is a full-service sports marketing and event management company. G2 Hoops provides exposure at the grassroots level in basketball and marketing representation for professional athletes. At grassroots level work on skill development and running successful events. In 2021 started working with college student-athletes helping them navigate NIL world. G2 Hoops also works with basketball federations around the world. In 2020 started the G2 Hoops Podcast interviewing individuals who directly affect the game of basketball.
